Promissory Note

This Note is being executed by the undersigned to secure Express/ Atlantic Bail Bonding Company, upon
forfeiture or entreasure of the surety bond posted on behalf of the Indemnitor:

FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned jointly and severally promise Express/ Atlantic Bail Bonding
Company, Surety, ON DEMAND, to pay to the Order of Express/ Atlantic Bail Bonding Company the sum of

Bail Recovery Fee and any applicable court costs at 236 Forsyth St. SW Ste. 103, Atlanta, Ga.
30303, or such other place or places as the owner or holder hereof may from time to time designate with interest at
the rate of twelve (12) percent per annum from call date until fully paid. The maker and endorser of this note
further agree to waive demand, notice of nonpayment and protest and in case suit shall be brought for the
collection hereof or the same has to be collected upon the demand of an attorney, to pay all costs of collections,
including , but not limited to, a reasonable attorney fee.
Further,

It is further agreed and specifically understood that this NOTE shall become NULL AND VOID in the event
the said defendant

appears in the proper court at the time or times so directed by the judges of competent jurisdiction until all
obligations under the bond or bond(s) posted on behalf of the defendant have been fulfilled and the Surety is
discharged of all liability, otherwise remains in full force and effect.
All parties of this note waive presentment, notice of non-payment, protests and notice of protest, and
agree to remain fully bound notwithstanding the release party, extension or modification of terms, or discharge or
any collateral for this NOTE.
This note shall take effect as a sealed instrument and all monies are made due within ten (10) days of the
Defendant’s Failure to Appear (FTA) writing of this promissory note, to be enforced in accordance with the laws of
the payee’s state or any state.
